By using PDFHeron (“the Service”) you agree to these terms.

The Service

PDFHeron is a browser-based PDF editor. The free version includes all editing tools; documents saved with the free version include a small footer identifying PDFHeron. A Pro license removes this footer.

Pro license

A Pro license is a one-time purchase that grants you a personal, non-transferable, lifetime license to use Pro features of the Service on your own devices. “Lifetime” means for as long as the Service is operated. License keys must not be shared publicly or resold. We may revoke keys that are shared publicly or obtained fraudulently.

Payments

Pro is paid in cryptocurrency. You are responsible for sending the exact amount, on the correct network, to the address shown at checkout. Payments sent on the wrong network, in the wrong coin or to a different address cannot be recovered by us. Because blockchain payments can’t be reversed, sales are final; if you are charged twice or a payment is not matched to your order, contact us with your transaction ID and we will resolve it.

Acceptable use

You may only edit documents you have the right to edit. You must not use the Service to forge, falsify or alter documents to deceive anyone, including identity documents, financial records, certificates or official records, or for any unlawful purpose.

Your content

Your documents remain yours. Because they are processed on your device, we never receive or store them. You are responsible for keeping backups of your files.

No warranty

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. Always review edited documents before relying on them. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us.
