How do I add a check mark?

Open Stamps & form marks and click Check. Drag it onto the box and resize it if needed.

Does it fill interactive form fields?

Not directly. Place text over the fields instead; it prints and displays the same way.

Is my information private?

Yes. The form is filled in your browser and never uploaded.
